Fall Weekend Getaway - Only $85 - SPOTS STILL AVAILABLE

"CROPPIN' CHICKS GETAWAYS" RETREAT DETAILS!

Hotel Amenities: Indoor heated pool, hot tub, and exercise room.

***In order to reserve a spot for each person, pre-registration is required. Please visit our website at http://www.croppinchicksgetaways.com/ to register. Payment may be made via paypal with a check or credit/debit card.

We do have to receive the $85 per person in order to reserve each persons spot. All spots are first come first serve.

Once payment is recieved a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address. Please keep this for your records!

In order for the retreat to not be cancelled, I need to have at least 20 people sign up. If we happen to cancel the event due to not enough interest, everyone WILL receive their money back in full right away.


What is included in the crop for each person:

6 ft rectangular table with padded chairs :)

Goody bag

Games (Prizes for the winner(s) of the games)

Bottled Water, Pop and Unlimited Snacks

Dinner on Friday evening and Saturday evening

AN ABSOLUTELY FUN TIME!!!


Hotel and lunch on Friday or Saturday ARE NOT included in this retreat. However, there are many restaurants around the Alpine area that we can order from as groups or individuals! Food can be brought into the cropping room BUT we just ask that we leave the room better than we recieved it! Room rates and info for Comfort Suites below!

Your scrapbook/craft items (as many as you want to haul! :)

Extension cords for your machines. There are only 9 outlets in the entire room but the hotel will be providing us with 2 power cords to share. If you are bringing an extension cord, please bring duct tape as well to tape it to the carpet so then people will not trip on the cords.

Want to reserve a hotel room? Here's the info!

There will be a block of hotel rooms for us for Friday and Saturday night!

Simply call the hotel and mention Croppin' Chicks Getaways and the date of the retreat to receive the discounted room rate. All hotel reservations are seperate from the cost of the crop time and need to be taken care of by each individual and/or group. Here are the details of the rooms!

Cost of each hotel room: $89+tax/per room/per night
(Tax is 14% for a hotel room in kent county)


Hotel Rooms include a 2 queen bed suite with pullout couch, coffee makers, hair dryers, irons, ironing boards, refrigerators and microwaves, free breakfast, free wireless high-speed internet access, and free local calls.

Check in time is 3pm. (if the rooms are available before they will let us know!)

Check out time is 11am.

There are ONLY 40 spots and the spots go fast!

We can have up to 40 people and we are hoping to fill every single spot! We have to be fair and the first people to pay get their spots reserved! If you know of anyone who may be interested, please pass along our information. We love referrals!

August 6th Day Crop

The reservations are coming in for August and we want to make sure you don't miss out!  Our next day crop is coming up on August 6th.  Here are the details:

We do have to receive the $25 per person in order to reserve each persons spot. ALL deposits are non-refundable. So please only send money if you are truly interested! All spots are first come first serve.

Once registration is received a paypal invoice will be sent to your e-mail address. Please keep this for your records!

In order for the scrapbooking day not be cancelled, we need to have at least 10 people sign up. If we happen to cancel the event due to not enough interest, everyone WILL receive their money back in full right away.


What is included in the crop for each person:

8 ft rectangular table with chair

A seperate "docking table" for your cricut and die cutting accessories. This will be placed as close to your cropping table as possible.
